We ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders placed before 12pm MST are typically processed within 1-2 business days from our headquarters based in Phoenix, AZ.

For all U.S. orders, we offer FREE USPS Economy Shipping on orders over $50.

Flat-Rate USPS Economy Shipping and USPS Standard Shipping on all other orders for the contiguous U.S.

Trado is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to U.S. addresses after the tracking shows that they are delivered.

Trado is not responsible for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer control how your order is handled or where it is sent.
