RETURNS

If you're not completely happy with your purchase from Tradogear.com, you can return it within 30 days of shipment.

• 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
• Items must be new, unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
• Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

  DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
